The City Formerly Known as Bangalore
This past weekend, Anna, Charise, Mahin, Jeff, and I went to Bangalore (Technically, as of 2 weeks ago it is now called Bengaluru). Many cities in India have changed their names in recent years, for example:
Jeff actually drove us to dinner in this rickshaw! It was awesome. The driver sat next to him and acted as a brake man.
We heart rickshaws!
Bombay ---> Mumbai
Calcutta ---> Kolkata
Madras ---> Chennai
and now...
Bangalore ---> Bengaluru
It was a quick, fun weekend filled with shopping, eating, and relaxing. I was lucky enough to spend 3 hours at a spa on Sunday. I'm getting spoiled here, I'm afraid. For more pics of our weekend click here.
